Application:
This Vortex Roller Gate is used for maintenance purposes by a hemp processor in the development of CBD oil. The gate sits between a gravimetric feeder and 20 cu ft extension hopper. Uses for CBD include therapeutic relief, epilepsy, muscle recovery and a litany of other benefits.
Features:
- This roller gate features a valve body constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, and blade & material contact areas constructed from 304 stainless steel.
- Gate is actuated using an oversized, double-acting air cylinder.
- Lower bonnet seals are live loaded and silicone rubber backed. Valve also includes cam-adjustable slide rollers and PET roller spacers.
- Milled access slots in the side frame allows removal and replacement of bonnet seals while the gate valve remains in service.
