Features:
Twelve Vortex Titan Slide Gates were specified for this synthetic slag blending facility. The gates are manufactured with abrasive resistant steel inlet liners and blades to address wear from the material handled.
Square to square inlet transitions connect gates to individual material holding bins – matching each bin’s bolt hole pattern.
Electric actuators were requested, due to the facility’s northern location and concerns of air lines freezing up during winter months.
