Application:
Incorporate Flex Tube & Wye Line Diverters into a pre-existing, pressurized conveying system to support the movement of whole coffee beans and coffee grounds.

Features: A Quantum Two-way Flex Tube Diverter stacked on a Quantum Two-way Wye Line Diverter. Both diverters are constructed of Schedule 40 Stainless Steel pipe, with material contact constructed of 316 stainless steel.

Results: The diverters were stacked in sequence to one another, allowing whole coffee beans and coffee grounds to be sorted accordingly into separate conveying lines. This facility prefers to utilize used manufacturing equipment, but insists on buying new Vortex diverters. As the company is realizing substantial growth, the customer has more diverter configurations planned for the future in order to expand facilities for increased production.
