The Vortex Titan Slide Gate is designed to handle abrasive materials in gravity-fed applications.
Soybeans are notoriously abrasive. To address wear to equipment, these gates were manufactured with abrasion resistant steel blades and liners.
The gates have replaceable bonnet seals for in-line maintenance as well as a displacement pocket to minimize damage to material and to the end seal as the blade closes.
White paint was customer specified.
