These Vortex Roller Gates are installed on a H&H Design Series 2000 Bulk Bag Discharge System. The gates are installed below the bag bottom support pan and are used to control flow into the flex augers.
Features:
- These rectangular roller gates were constructed to match the customer’s flange pattern and feature a valve body constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, and blade & material contact areas constructed from 304 stainless steel.
- Gates are actuated using double-acting air cylinders.
- Lower bonnet seals are live loaded and silicone rubber backed. Valves also include cam-adjustable slide rollers and PET roller spacers.
- Milled access slots in the side frame allows removal and replacement of bonnet seals while the valves remain in service.
