Vortex representatives will be available to discuss customer applications. Case studies and other technical literature that highlight the numerous dry materials being handled by Vortex products every day will be available and many of the products from Vortex’s line of slide gates, diverters, loading spouts and aerated conveying systems will be on display.
All Vortex slide gates, diverters, loading spouts and aerated conveying systems will be operational. This allows attendees to be hands-on and observe the valves’ performance first-hand. Vortex representatives will also be in attendance to provide visitors with live valve demonstrations.
The Vortex Quantum Series features slide gates and diverters used to shut off, meter, divert and converge dry bulk solid materials in gravity flow and pneumatic conveying processes. The Vortex Titan Series features slide gates and diverters that are engineered for heavy-duty material applications. These applications include handling materials that pose excessive wear issues. Titan equipment uses abrasion resistant materials of construction and incorporates replaceable wear liners to increase the life of the valve. Products on display from the Titan Series will include:
Vortex Loading Solutions provide fast and steady material flow during the loading of dry/bulk solid materials in open and/or enclosed vessels. Vortex Loading Solutions offer a complete line of telescoping loading spouts, filters, positioners and aeroslides for loading processes. Vortex Aeration Systems are designed to convey aerated materials on a downward slope. The Vortex line of aeration systems include aerated conveyor systems, aerated bin bottoms, and aerated trough systems.
