Application:
The gate is mounted above a Vortex filter and telescoping spout to provide both metering and shut off of material as it is being loaded into trucks for local delivery.
Features:
This pneumatically actuated Vortex Titan Ladder Gate contains two identically sized openings that open or close simultaneously.
The blade and inlet liners are constructed of abrasion-resistant steel (400 BHN) to address wear from the material handled.
Confirmation of blade position is accomplished via proximity switches.
