Application:
In this application, 2” rods with ½” separation are utilized to control the flow of dolomite quick lime in the client’s process.
Pin gates of this type are commonly used for the handling of larger and heavier duty material.The rods provide more wear resistance than typical slide gates. The metal rods are used to control the flow of material. Driving more rods into the opening slows/shuts down the flow of the material being handled while removing rods increases the flow.
