Application:
The gate is mounted above a Vortex filter and telescoping spout to provide both metering and shut off of material as it is being loaded into trucks for local delivery.
Features:
This Vortex Titan Single Blade Clamshell Gate features a “v notch” blade constructed of abrasion resistant steel (400 BNH).
The air actuator is controlled by an Infinite Variable Positioner that allows metering of material as it flows through the gate.
A linear transducer (mounted beside the air cylinder) provides feedback as to blade position.
