The diverter is designed for quick actuation to redirect off-spec material. The interior chute changes position in one second.
Features:
This hydraulically actuated Vortex Titan Pivoting Chute Diverter features outlets offset to 15° with inspection covers on both sides. The covers are divided into four individual panels weighing 25 kg. (55 lbs.) each for easier handling.
Replaceable interior liners are 25 mm (1”) thick which includes a 13 mm (½”) chromium carbide overlay. The interior chute is 25 mm (1”) thick and weighs 748 kg (1650 lbs).
